All Benchmaster USA products carry a Lifetime Warranty on materials and workmanship. ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY
include: all leather and ballistic nylon straps, pouches or bags as
regular wear and tear will eventually damage these items. If you feel
these items suffer from a defect of the material or workmanship please
contact customer service and provide a full description of the defect.

return your Benchmaster USA product for any reason, we make it easy.
All you have to do is simply call customer service
and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping
and packaging instructions. It's possible however, that our technicians
can solve the problem over the phone or send you a replacement part
that you can easily install. If not, you will be given instructions on
how to return your unit. Because of our high quality and low return
rate, repairs usually have a turnaround time of less than 72 hours.
